Power of Love Event
For Lineage II and Classic, Coco Brownie has arrived in town to share her sweet treats, but her Love Potions have been stolen by monsters! Grab a lovely dessert from Coco Brownie and then head out to the hunting zones to collect Love Potions.
For Aden, pick up a Chocolate Doll from the Event Manager Marshmallow and enchant it for a stat boost and more!
Event Details
- The Power of Love event is taking place on all Lineage II, Classic, and Aden servers.
- The event will begin after maintenance on February 2 and will end on March 2 at 11:30 a.m. server time.
- The following buffs and item will be automatically removed from players’ inventories when the event ends on March 2:

How to Participate
Love Potions have a chance to drop from monsters as loot. Once you pick up a Love Potion, the following buff will activate for you and everyone in your party:
- P. Atk./M. Atk./Attack Speed/Casting Speed + 50% and a weapon appearance change for 5 minutes.
The Love Potion buff will not persist through death and will disappear upon exiting the game.
Coco Brownie also provides a sweet treat to hype your senses. Speak to her for a Chocolate Truffle, Candy Heart, or Comfort Cookie. You can only claim one type of treat from Coco Brownie at a time and upon eating the treat, a special buff will go into effect for 2 hours. If you grabbed the wrong treat, simply delete it from your inventory and pick another item from Coco Brownie. You can receive the buff from each of these treats if you and two other members of your party get together and use each of the different sweet treats to share their effects.
If you have a serious sweet tooth, Coco Brownie will turn your weapon into something sweet for 5 minutes. The weapon appearance buff will disappear upon logging out of the game.

Coco’s Transformation Items (Chocolate, Candy, Cookie) |
Randomly transform your character into one of the following: Snow Man, Scarecrow Jack, Tin Golem, Makeshift Bat, Lady Tow, Angry Tow, or Sleepy Tow. Appearance lasts for 60 minutes. Appearance can be removed by Alt + Left-Clicking the buff icon. Note: You cannot talk to NPCs when the transformation is active on your character. |

How to Participate
Love Potions have a chance to drop from monsters as loot. The following Love Potion buff will activate immediately upon picking up for you and your party members:
- P. Atk./M. Atk./P. Def./M. Def. by 15% for 2 minutes for everyone in your party and changes the appearance of your weapons. The effect of the Love Potion disappears when you exit the game.
Losing all her Love Potions won’t put a damper on Coco Brownie’s mood though. You can visit her in any town to collect a Yummy Gift Box and an Amulet of Love once per account.
Opening the Yummy Gift Box will yield either the 2x Nom Nom Candies (Blue) or 2x Yum Yum Candies (Red). The candies offer different XP/SP benefits, so be sure to trade your spare candies with others to activate all candy buffs. The maximum XP/SP hunting bonus that can be earned from having these delicious Valentine's Day candy in your inventory is 30% XP/SP (1 Yum Yum and 1 Nom Nom).
- Nom Nom Candy: XP/SP +15% while hunting. Candy automatically gives a passive buff when stored in your inventory. Stacks with Yum Yum Candy. The second candy can be traded to another character.
- Yum Yum Candy: XP/SP +15% while hunting. Candy automatically gives a passive buff when stored in your inventory. Stacks with Nom Nom Candy. The second candy can be traded to another character.
Coco Brownie will also offer a Sweet Chocolate Energy buff once per day if you have the Amulet of Love in your inventory. The Sweet Chocolate Energy buff will last 2 hours and offers:
- XP/SP +5% while hunting, Atk. Spd./Casting Spd. +10%, and Speed +10. A special weapon appearance is given for the duration of the buff.
Chocolate Dolls Event (Aden Only)
How to Participate
Chocolate Dolls hold the power of love. Visit the Marshmallow NPC to purchase a Chocolate Doll for 2,000,000 Adena. With the Chocolate Doll in your inventory, it will automatically apply a buff effect. The buff effect increases as the Chocolate Doll level increases and to do that you’ll need to hunt monsters for Chocolates!
Enchant your Chocolate Doll with Chocolates to increase your Chocolate Doll level. When you reach the next Doll level, you’ll receive the following buff:

Multiple Chocolate Dolls can be enchanted. If a Chocolate Doll enchantment is unsuccessful, it will decrease to a lower level depending at what level it was at. For example, an unsuccessful Level 8 Chocolate Doll will drop to Level 6.

Hunting for Chocolates
Only hunting zones level 70 and above will have a chance to drop Chocolates. When you defeat a monster, it has a chance to spawn an event monster and upon defeating the event monster, it has a low chance to drop a Chocolate. Chocolates can also be purchased from the L2 Coin Shop for 1,000,000 Adena with a limit of 20 a day.
Rewards
In addition to the buffs, you can exchange your Level 10 Chocolate Dolls or higher for a specific reward from the Event NPC. The rewards are:
