Downloading Lineage® II:

Please be certain to follow the below instructions exactly. To download the Lineage® II game client, please follow these steps:

1. Visit http://www.lineage2.com/pds/game_dw.html (or FilePlanet).
2. Read and accept the Lineage® II User Agreement by clicking the Agree button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the Lineage® II game client.

Directions for New Players

In order to play Lineage® II, you must first have a PlayNC® master account and a Lineage® II game account under that master account. If you are an existing PlayNC® customer and want to create a new game account, you can skip directly down to the “To Add a Lineage® II Game Account ONLY” directions below).

To Create a PlayNC® Master Account and Lineage® II Game Account Together:

1. Visit http://www.plaync.com/account/, and click on the Create link.
2. Follow all the directions provided until your PlayNC® master account is successfully created. You will need to verify your e-mail address before you can add a game account.
3. Upon completion of your master account, click on the ADD GAMES TO YOUR PlayNC ACCOUNT now! link in the middle of the page.
4. Enter the serial code provided for your Trial*, then click the CONTINUE button
5. Provide all requested information until you have successfully created a Lineage® II game account!

To Add a Lineage® II Game Account ONLY:

1. Visit http://www.plaync.com/account/
2. Click on the Add Game link
3. Enter information to verify your current PlayNC® master account name and password
4. Enter the serial code provided for your Trial* and then hit the CONTINUE button
5. Provide all requested information until you have successfully created a Lineage® II game account!

*Each serial code is a one time use and cannot be reused or transferred. The Trial code may not be used with an active Lineage® II game account. This serial code is not for resale. Lineage® II trial accounts require activating with a retail serial code and valid payment information at the end of the Trial period to continue game-play. Trial Account Restrictions

   Players using a trial account are not able to:

• Trade/Drop Adena or items
• Create/Buy from a Private Store
• Create/Use a Private Workshop (General or Dwarven Manufacture Shop)
• Use a clan warehouse
• Use the shout channel
