During the month of June, we held our first castle sieges on test servers here at NCsoft. A few lucky clans were invited to help test this incredible new feature. Thanks to all of the invited clans for their invaluable help!

With Chronicle I, castle sieges take place at each of the five castles: Gludio, Dion, Giran, Oren and Aden!

In celebration of the Chronicle I launch, we are giving away a special, limited edition in-game item called the Chrono Cithara!


What is the Chrono Cithara?

 When you use this item to hit a monster, it will emit four different sounds randomly!

This is more of a collectible award than a vicious weapon, so do not expect to kill with it!

It will not be dropped during combat, but you can give it to other players or discard it.

How do I get it?

 Everyone will get one Chrono Cithara. It will be awarded to each player's highest-level character on each server!

It is very simple. When you log in on July 12, you will find it in your inventory!

As you begin these exciting new quests in the massive Chronicle I Expansion for Lineage II, you may find them more challenging than those that came before -
but the rewards are much more satisfying!
  Hunt of the Black Lion
The Hunt of the Black Lion is an upgraded version of the "Vanquish Remnants" quest. You can only begin working on it after receiving the Black Lion Mark from the "Vanquish Remnants" quest!

The Wishing Potion
The young female dwarf Matild is very interested in alchemy and desires to create a wish potion. You will need to achieve level thirty or above in order to attempt to take Matild¡¯s challenge!

Song of the Hunter
Those who dream of making a fortune in a single quest have begun to flock to Hunters Village in the hopes of upgrading their level and receiving a bonus item of great value!

Coin of Magic
Warehouse Keeper Sorint, whose hobby is coin collecting, lusts for rare coins possessed by others. Should you carry out his request, he will give you a very special reward!

Audience with the Land Dragon
One of the six dragons in the world of Lineage is Antharas, the Land Dragon - also known as "Giran's Doom". Antharas has finally awakened from a deep slumber. An enormous number of warriors must be recruited to defeat him!

 Little Wing
Players can finally hope to acquire a pet worthy of their labors! Follow the Little Wing quest to obtain a dragon hatchling that can be grown into a wyvern or dragon!

Proof of Clan Alliance
Level three clans must work together as a team to carry out this quest and upgrade their levels. Find Witch Kalis, who will give a test to earn the "Proof of Alliance" needed to expand a clan's power and influence!

Pursuit of Clan Ambition
Offers the chance to raise a clan's level from four to five. This quest offers a boss raid war that all clan members can participate in to greatly fortify their clan's solidarity! Also allows players to repeat the quest to win bonus items.
