Heavy Medal Returns!
It’s that time of year again! Collector Bashtal is looking to expand his precious medal collection and has sent his feline assistants, Louie, Roy, and Winnie, to accept medals and give out gifts in return on his behalf. Those who choose to help him will be awarded valuable gifts of scrolls, potions, and even a Red Party Mask! The event begins on August 31st--check the official Lineage II site for more details.

Lineage II Comic Contest
Calling all budding comic artists, writers, and creative minds! We’re pleased to announce the very first Lineage II Comic Contest! Here’s your opportunity to show us your very best Lineage II comic for a chance at fame and prizes! (Ok maybe not fame, but we definitely have great prizes!) Are your drawing skills limited to stick figures? No problem! We’ll be accepting Lineage II comics featuring every medium, from hand-drawn to computer graphics to in-game screenshots, and even photos! We’ll be posting the Lineage II Comic Contest details on the official Lineage II websites soon, so stay tuned!

Austin NCsoft Meet-And-Greet
The NCsoft® crew will be storming the Austin Texas Dave and Busters on September 22nd for what’s shaping up to be a great Meet-and-Greet party! Registration filled up fast, but those who attend will have the opportunity to chat with members of NCsoft’s various dev teams, and mingle with fellow NCsoft game fans. Lineage II Vault LogoLineage 2 Vault is one of the communty’s oldest, most extensive fan sites. They’ve got it all, from a huge collection of quest guides to original community features and contests to the latest must-have news about upcoming Lineage II features and updates! Their enthusiastic staff have added many great features in the past year that players will definitely want to check out! Here’s what Seridove, the L2 Vault Site Manager, had to share with us: "Lineage 2 Vault is proud to separate ourselves from any other fan site in that we want all of our features to be centered around you . . . the community. From our ‘Dude of the Month’ to our newest ‘Lady of Lineage’, we strive to bring you the real faces of the Lineage 2 community." Their new weekly Siege Reports, which will feature field reports from players who attend the sieges, are sure to be an exciting addition to the site too.
