Let me start off by thanking the most important people affiliated with Lineage II, the players. Every single player contributed to what Lineage II is today, either through brilliant feature suggestions and optimizations to the existing features or through play-styles that defined what the title is today. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.

By the time you read this, we should be nearing the launch of Chronicle 3 into live service. At launch, I actually considered having two massive add-ons in a year to be an ambitious goal, yet here we are on the third. It's been an exciting year and we look forward to many more.

Coming soon - from April 28 thru May 1 - an event in which everyone can participate!

Players collect alphabet drops from various monsters throughout Aden. If they collect enough letters in their inventory to spell the words “L I N E A G E II ”, “N C S O F T” or “C H R O N I C L E”, they can exchange them with an NPC for great in-game prizes (to be announced)!

In a world divided between Dawn and Dusk, your choice changes everything. Choose your side and let the struggle for the power of the Seals begin!

Compete as part of either the Revolutionary Army of Dusk or the Lords of Dawn to control the great power of the Seals. Every two weeks, these opposing cabals vie for command of a Seal by collecting rare stones and hunting special monsters in the Festival of Darkness.

Having authority over a Seal grants the winning sect exclusive access to different dungeons, each offering unique benefits. Different Seals can bestow unique advantages during castle sieges, with opportunities to acquire rare items, among many others.

The Public Test Server (PTS) has been updated to Chronicle 3, so now players can go here to download the full PTS client, or update their existing PTS client to Chronicle 3. Here is some helpful information to keep in mind:

Initial Setup:

1. Complete character wipe - everyone starts anew on the PTS.
2. Drop rates are increased: 5-fold for XP, SP and drops; 10-fold for adena.
