  About the Lineage® II Character Server Transfer Service
  Rules and Requirements
 

Please read the Lineage® II Character Server Transfer Service Rules and Requirements below before you purchase the service. All account services changes are final, so please keep that in mind before you apply one of them to a character.

General Information

  • A character must be Level 40 or higher and completed their second transfer quest(s) in order to transfer to a different server.
  • Only one character may be transferred per week.
  • Transferred characters may transfer again after a six-month waiting period.
  • Other account services (Character Name Change, Character Gender Change, etc.) cannot be used during the same week as a server transfer.
  • You must create a Level 1 character with the desired name on the desired destination server. This character must stay at Level 1 or the server transfer will fail.
  • The Level 1 character that is reserving your place and name on your desired server, and everything associated with it (items, Adena, etc.) will be deleted once the server transfer process is complete.
  • You must remove the character who will be transferring from his or her clan/alliances before you request a server transfer and until the transfer is complete.
  • Characters that have Hero status cannot transfer to another server until that character loses his or her Hero status.

What is Transferrable?

  • A character’s equipped items, level, skill information, and quest information will be transferred.
  • Pets will be transferred with their names reset. You may transfer one pet.
  • Symbols and Dwarven/Common Recipe Book information will be transferred.
  • The amount of Adena that will be transferred is based on level. Any Adena that exceeds these amounts will be deleted.
    • Lv40~51:                        50,000,000 Adena
    • Lv52~60:                        100,000,000 Adena
    • Lv61~70:                        200,000,000 Adena
    • Lv71~75:                        300,000,000 Adena
    • Lv76~77:                        400,000,000 Adena
    • Lv78~79:                        500,000,000 Adena
    • Lv80:                              700,000,000 Adena
  • If a character has a sub class (or sub classes), the character must be set to his or her highest-level class, be it the main class or sub class, so the highest amount of Adena can be transferred.

What is Non-Transferrable?
The following items will not be transferred.

  • All items in your inventory that are not equipped.
  • Items in your warehouses and freight.
  • Zariche, Akamanah, and Hero Weapons.
  • Friends list, mail, and Macro information.
  • Clan information.
  • Olympiad points, Noblesse Gate Passes, Hero status, and SSQ information. (Deposited seal stones must be withdrawn or they will be deleted.)
  • Quest items/rewards that are in your regular inventory and can be traded or sold, such as Red Gem, Spirit Bead, Blueprint: Tower of Insolence, etc.
  • Quest items that are related to Hellbound or the entrance to Hellbound.

  Lineage® II Server Transfer Process
01 Log Into PlayNC
  Go to the PlayNC Account Management Page and log in to your PlayNC master account.
 

02 Click on Game Accounts
  Once you are logged in to your PlayNC master account, click on the Game Accounts link on the PlayNC Account Management page.
 

03 Select Active Lineage® II Game Account
  Click on the active Lineage® II game account that you wish to apply the Server Transfer to.
 

04 Purchase an Account Service
  Click on the PURCHASE ACCOUNT SERVICE link on the Game Account Details page.
 

05 Select Server Transfer
  Click on the Lineage® II Server Transfer button on the Lineage II Account Services page.
 

06 Select Payment Method
  Click on the drop down payment method options on the Lineage II Account Services page. Select the desired payment method, then click on the Buy with Credit/Debit Card button to continue.
 

07 Enter Billing Information
  Enter the requested billing information on the Lineage II Account Services billing info page, then click on the SUBMIT button.
 

08 Confirm Purchase
  Check the payment details, then enter the four letters/numbers shown in the image at the bottom of the page in the text box. Once you enter the letters/numbers, click on the CONFIRM PURCHASE button to complete your purchase.
 

09 Successful Transaction
  After you click on the CONFIRM PURCHASE button, your transaction will either be approved or denied. If your purchase is denied, please go back and double check your billing information for accuracy. If your transaction is approved, you will reach a page that looks similar to the image below and you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a receipt of your purchase.
 

10a Use Your Server Transfer Now
  Once you've purchased your Lineage® II Server Transfer, you can choose to use it right away, or save it for later use. If you wish to use it right away, simply click on the Use code now link on your transaction approval page.
 

  From the Use code now link, you will be taken to the Apply Serial Code page. Click on the APPLY SERVER TRANSFER button to continue.
 

10b Use Your Server Transfer Later
  If you wish to use your Server Transfer later, you will find a new TRANSFER SERVER link on your Lineage® II Game Account Details page.
 

11 Select a Character
 

After you click on the APPLY SERVER TRANSFER button on the Apply Serial Code page or the TRANSFER SERVER button on the Game Account Details page, a list of all eligible characters will appear. Please follow the rules closely. Select the character you wish to transfer, then press the SELECT button to continue.

 

12 Select Destination Server
  Select your destination server by choosing the placeholder character you created, then press the SELECT button. Please note, you must create a level 1 character on the server you wish to transfer to (the name does not have match that of the character you are transferring). This level 1 character and everything associated with it will automatically disappear when the server transfer process is complete.
 

13 Final Server Transfer Confirmation
  Once you select the character you wish to move, and the server (and placeholder character) you wish to move it to, you will be taken to a final confirmation screen. Please review the data for accuracy, then press the CONFIRM button.
 

14 Successfully Queued
  After you press the final CONFIRM button, your account service order and application is complete! You will see one final confirmation screen letting you know that your selection has been queued for processing. All account services go into effect during the following Lineage® II weekly maintenance, which is on Tuesdays between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM Central Time.
