Awakening Classes

Awaken to fight, imbued with the power of ancient Giants.

In the Awakening, the Scroll of Afterlife, which houses the spirits of ancient heroes of Giant race, transforms you. This fourth class transfer changes your character at level 85 into one of eight new character classes: Yul Archer, Feoh Wizard, Iss Enchanter, Aeore Healer, Sigel Knight, Othell Rogue, Wynn Summoner, or Tyrr Warrior. These new classes provide you numerous powerful skills to conquer the new challenges in Lineage® II: Goddess of Destruction™.

Class Overview

Awakening

The Awakening process is a quest that you obtain when you reach level 85. The Giant Hermuncus calls to you and asks you to find him and release him from his seals, deep in the ruins of Ye Sagira. In return, he will grant you the powers of the Giant heroes.

To seize your destiny, you must prove yourself worthy by facing the Giant heroes in battle, especially the Giant whose powers you are destined to receive. You must then defeat the Giant King Harnak. Once victorious, you free Hermuncus and go to the Reliquary of the Giants. There, you commune with the Giant hero statue of your destined class and Awaken!

Upon Awakening, you immediately receive some exclusive perks, such as your own class-specific mount and cloak and boosted race-specific stats. You can also use R-grade items, acquire a Dual Class, and use Sayune, a new transportation system available only to Awakened characters. As an Awakened character, you can now take on bigger challenges, such as the mighty raid boss Octavis, or safely explore the Fairy Settlement. You are a new class that is far more powerful and efficient than your previous classes, and you are on the way to greatness.

Aeore Healer

Wield the holy power of light to heal and support your allies.

Aeore Healers tap into powerful magic to support their allies from behind the scenes. Beyond their conventional healing powers and their abilities to raise allies from the dead and restore allies' mana, Aeore Healers can also buff allies, stand their own ground, control enemies through mesmerization, and deal damage. Aeore Healers' multiple buff skills are infused with the holy power of Saha and can be assigned to different party members to help the party fight most efficiently.

As masters of the power of light, Aeore Healers are also knowledgeable about the force of darkness. They use both powers to protect themselves from enemy attacks, such as by using Dark Force to push away enemies or by summoning Rumi, the warrior of light, to fight in their name. The power of light can also summon the Tree of Life, creating an area that acts as a safety zone where allies can restore their HP and clear debuffs.

Class Path

Characters with the third transfer classes of Cardinals, Eva's Saints, and Shillien Saints become Aeore Healers during their fourth class transfer in the Awakening.

Awakening Lore

The Aeore Healer Laksis was a friend of Einhasad in the early days of the Giants. He combined his holy magic with the abilities of Einhasad to create a new type of power. This new holy power, known as Saha, spread rapidly throughout the Giants. Those who handled Saha became essential in battles.
