The Kaliel’s Blessing event rewards you in many ways! Get rewards just for participating, as well as for hunting, and you can also purchase additional rewards from the lovely event NPC Jolie with event tokens. Enjoy this event for 3 long weeks to celebrate the winter holiday season and the new year!

Known Issue: The event item descriptions say the items will be deleted on May 23. This is an incorrect date that is not relevant to our servers, so please ignore it. The event items will remain in the game until the event ends on January 2, 2013.

Event Duration

The Kaliel’s Blessing event runs during the following dates:

December 12, 2012 to January 2, 2013: Main event period.
January 2, 2013: The server maintenance on this day ends the event and removes the event interface.
January 9, 2013: The event NPC Jolie leaves the game and the following event items will be deleted:
- Kaliel’s Tokens
- Kaliel’s Soul Box
- Kaliel’s Gift Box
- Kaliel’s Training Scroll
- Kaliel’s Wish
- Kaliel’s Wish Pouch

Event Process

Kaliel’s Wish

Important: In order to receive any tokens or rewards from this event, your character must have the Kaliel’s Wish buff active. If the server is restarted, the event begins 30 minutes after the restart. After the event begins, all players that are level 85 and have completed their Awakening class transfer are flagged as ‘eligible’ to receive rewards without the Kaliel’s Wish buff active for 1 hour. After that 1 hour has passed, only characters with the Kaliel’s Wish buff active are eligible for rewards.

Kaliel’s Wish (buff): For one hour, makes you eligible to receive a Kaliel’s Blessing event reward token. Having the buff active also makes you eligible to randomly receive a Top Rank prize according to your stage progress (listed in the interface window) when Kaliel sends her blessing. The buff item can only be used by characters level 85 or higher that have completed their Awakening class transfer. The buff is removed if the character changes to a Subclass or Dual Class.

The buff is received by consuming the Kaliel’s Wish item. Kaliel's Wish can be obtained through 2 methods:

Speak to the event NPC Jolie in any major town to learn more about the event and to receive a Kaliel’s Wish Pouch. The pouch will give you 3 Kaliel’s Wish event items. The pouch can be used only once per day. (You can receive 3 Kaliel’s Wish items from the pouch each day of the event.)
On the L2 Galleria. As of December 14, every player can claim a free Kaliel's Wish Five-Pack once per account. As of December 19, you can also purchase up to 3 Kaliel's Wishes per day per account for only 1 NCoin each, and you can also purchase unlimited Kaliel's Wishes for 99 NCoin each.

With the Kaliel’s Wish buff active, go hunting to maximize your chances of receiving rewards!

Event Interface

Check the Kaliel’s Blessing user interface to track your progress during the event.

	1: Your current progress through the different Kaliel’s Blessing event stages (up to 31). The stage can continue to rise as you hunt as long as Kaliel does not send her blessing. When Kaliel does send her blessing, eligible players are rewarded, and the stage progress is reset to 1.
	2: The current item available as a Top Rank prize to a random eligible character when Kaliel sends her blessing.
	3: The items available to all eligible characters when Kaliel sends her blessing.
	4: The number of tokens accumulated.
	5: Click here to claim your accumulated tokens. Note that tokens cannot be claimed if your inventory capacity or weight is too high.

Hunting

As you hunt monsters and gain XP, your progress through the 31 stages of the Kaliel’s Blessing event rises. Each stage offers a different reward item for when Kaliel sends her Blessing. See the Rewards section for a list of what items are available at each stage.

Rewards

Kaliel’s Blessing

Kaliel sends her blessing every 3 minutes at high chance. (There is a chance that the blessing does not occur at a given 3 minute mark, but odds are good that it will happen!) When Kaliel’s Blessing occurs, prizes are randomly given to players according to their event stage progress!

When Kaliel’s Blessing occurs, all characters that have the Kaliel’s Wish buff active will receive the items listed in the Reward for All section of the interface. Also, one of these lucky characters will receive the Top Rank prize that is currently listed in the interface.

If you are the lucky winner of one of the random top-ranked prizes, the prize will be sent to your character in the mail, and your event stage progress is reset to level 1.
