Amaranthine Upgrades

R99-grade Amaranthine weapons can now be upgraded and strengthen with PvP (Dark Amaranthine) or PvE (Bloody Amaranthine) options and color effects.

  • Dark Amaranthine: Amaranthine weapon bestowed with PvP options, increasing the weapon’s PvP physical, magic, and skill damage, and bestowing a chance of not increasing PK count upon killing another player outside of sanctioned PvP combat situations. The weapon takes on a dark blue color tone.
  • Bloody Amaranthine: Amaranthine weapon bestowed with PvE options, increasing the weapon’s PvE physical, magic, and skill damage, and allowing buffs to be maintained upon death at the hand of a NPC or monster. The weapon takes on a bloody red color tone.

To upgrade an Amaranthine weapon, visit Blacksmith of Mammon and bring your regular Amaranthine weapon, Giant’s Energy, Energy of Destruction, and the desired type of Amaranthine Enhancement Stones. Amaranthine Enhancement Stone - PvE can be acquired through the Tauti boss battle. Amaranthine Enhancement Stone - PVP can be acquired through the Castle Siege campaign, Retrieve the Stolen Taxes. Crafting requirements include:

  • Regular Amaranthine weapon
  • Amaranthine Enhancement Stone PvP or PvE (depending on if you want Bloody or Dark)
  • 360 Energy of Destruction
  • 180 Giant’s Energy
  • 3,198 Gemstones R-Grade
  • 38x378 Crystals R-Grade

 

Energy of Destruction and Giant’s Energy

Characters level 85 and higher can acquire Energy of Destruction through hunting in certain zones and completing certain daily quests. You can acquire Energy of Destruction items faster when hunting in a party rather than hunting solo in these zones: Bloody Swampland, Harnak Underground Ruins, Seed of Annihilation, Seed of Annihilation: Battle in the Nursery, Fairy Settlement, Orbis Temple, Garden of Genesis, Seal of Shilen, Seed of Hellfire, Guillotine Fortress, and the Altar of Evil Spirits.

Giant's Energy can be purchased from a Clan Hall NPC or acquired as an Olympiad quest reward.
