The entrance NPC Daichir also gives a quest especially for the Trasken raid. The quest has different instructions and rewards, depending on the level of the characters grouping for the raid. Entrance to the raid can be gained by speaking with Gray Pillar member Filaur in Schuttgart. Filaur also offers a quest for the raid. A group of seven characters of level 85 or above can accept the quest and enter the raid.

The inside of the raid dungeon is divided into four areas on the lower level and a fifth area on the upper level, which contains the raid boss. Each area must be cleared before progressing to the next or characters receive a penalty for trying to skip the area.

After the four lower areas are cleared, characters gain access to Teredor. He is an agile monster that will avoid characters’ targeting by moving around the area as his health decreases.

Faced with forced isolation in Magmeld, Spezion led a rebellion in order to appeal to the gods to right this injustice. The rebels were betrayed by Spezion’s most trusted comrade, Octavis, and were wiped out without ever reaching the gods. Spezion was sentenced by Einhasad to suffer forever in the Prison of Darkness, his body pinned by the bars that also imprison him.

While hunting inside the Prison of Darkness instanced dungeon, characters collect Frightening Memory Fragments and Terrifying Memory Fragments. There are also cannons in the dungeon that can be fired if a character inserts a cannonball. When all party members have Frightening Memory Fragments in their inventory, they can activate the Normal mode Spezion raid by interacting with Spezion’s Headstone. When all party members have Terrifying Memory Fragments in their inventory, they can activate the Epic mode Spezion raid by interacting with Spezion’s Headstone.

Fairy Leader Kimerian has been corrupted by the influence of Shilen’s evil, which is spreading through the world. He terrorizes his own people and punishes them if they resist.  He has lost much of his self-awareness, and struggles against his own insanity somewhere deep in the Fairy Settlement. Kimerian can be challenged in a solo raid by a character of level 90 or above.

While hunting in Fairy Settlement, characters can find the items Kimerian’s Silver Key and Kimerian’s Gold Key on monsters. The silver key lets characters into the Normal mode Kimerian Raid. The gold key lets characters into the Epic mode raid. The raid can be entered by speaking to Noetie Kisharu in the Ancient City of Arcan.

Although this is a solo raid, the character receives assistance from fairy NPCs inside the instance, and can summon more if possessing a specific item. Characters are also given items that attract healing Wisps on the ground to them.
Normal mode and Epic mode operate differently from one another. In Normal mode, the path to Kimerian is rigged with traps that the character must overcome. A character can free ally NPCs and receive their help. There are also a few easter eggs hidden in the zone.

In Epic mode, a character has more fairy allies and the battle is focused on a tougher Kimarian. The Epic mode zone does not have the extra elements that Normal mode does.
