Account Creation

1. Go to the account creation page.
2. Fill in the form with your information. Your email address will become your account name.
3. Click Create NC Account.

4. Verify your account's email address so that you can proceed with installation. To do this, go your email account (the same email address as your account name) and open the email from support@ncsoft.com titled “Verify your email address.”
5. In the email, click on the link provided.
6. Your NC Account has now been activated. Click Log In Now and log in to your newly created NC Account.

Lineage II Game Account Activation

Lineage II game account creation is only possible through the new NC Account system. If you already have a Lineage II game account and wish to create an additional one, you must create a new NC Account for it.

If you have an NCSOFT Master Account and wish to create a new Lineage II game account you must first create a new NC Account.

Once you have an NC Account, you can activate your Lineage II game account.

1. Log in to your NC Account.
2. On your NC Account profile homepage, click on Lineage II in the Games section on the right, or click on the Lineage II – Activate button in the center of the page.

5. Confirm that you wish to play Lineage II: Goddess of Destruction by clicking on the Activate New Game Account button.

6. Your game account has now been activated. To download the game, click on Download Game.

Download and Installation

The Lineage II game must be downloaded through the NCSOFT Launcher, which manages all NCSOFT games.

1. Download and install the NCSOFT Launcher.
2. Installing Lineage II through the NCSOFT Launcher.

Either use the fast install link, or install through your account profile.

Fast Install: Click here: Download the NCSOFT Launcher, and choose Save File.
Account Profile Install: Read the instructions below.

By creating your Lineage II account, you have already been prompted to begin the download. The prompt appears in a different place depending on if you are registered with a NCSOFT Master Account or a NC Account.

1. Log in to your NCSOFT Master Account.
2. In the column on the right, click on your Lineage II game account.
3. In the Actions section, click on Download PC Client.

4. A Windows system message box will appear asking if you want to download NCSOFTLauncherSetup.exe. Click Save File.

5. The NCSOFT Launcher can be opened after it is done installing.

2. Installing Lineage II through the NCSOFT Launcher

1. Open the NCSOFT Launcher.
2. In the Not Installed section, click on Lineage II and click Install Game.

3. When Lineage II is done installing, click Play Now to begin playing. Have fun!
